Due to technical error of the website,if any amount is deducted more than once, it supposed to be reverted by the payment gateway. If anyhow, it has not been refunded, it is requested to communicate to MIST Alumni Society via email. MISTAS will manage to return extra debited amount.
If any human-error is occurred while donating, it is not generally reimbursed. However, the payee may communicate with MIST Alumni Society.
